Zendaia is one of the two maidens guarding the South Pass of the Shadow Vale, the land of the Valkyries. Descendant of fierce Vallar warriors from the Southerlands, her mother entrusted her with the tribe heirloom, the warhammer Grayskull, before she died pierced by an orc sword at the Great Battle. Zendaia run north for three days and three nights before fainting close to the South Pass. Years later she guards that very same pass, her gaze set on the south, where she sworn to return one day, and avenge her people.
